I was Amazed that Grace was able sell my home within a few days for more than my asking price! I have tried to sell it before by reputable and big name agents and I was even told by these agents that they were at a loss on what the next move should be. I lived in Spring Branch which lends itself to a very unique market with regards to the boundaries of the Cites, school districts, etc as well as the difficulty in estimating the value of mid-century homes that sit right next to 7,000+ square/ft brand new builds. I honestly didn't have much hope that this attempt would be any better my past experiences and if I really wanted to sell I needed to prepare to just keep dropping the price. BUT NOT THIS TIME! Grace did so much work behind the scenes and used her own money to get accurate comparable for my home and she hired a great photographer and was there with me at every turn. She discussed things I could do to improve the appearance and value. As a result was I multiple viewings and multiple offers that were above my asking price in just 2 days.
