Mark went extra miles in helping us to sell our house in Bothell early 2019. Before putting the house on the market, Mark discussed with us the best approach of selling the house in a time of buyer’s-market. The old house was in need of repair and some upgrades. With Mark’s team’s extensive experience in almost everything about a house and his broad contacts of home project contractors, we did crawl space drainage system installation, mold treatment (both crawl space and attics), upgrading part of the kitchen, and many other things in two months. All projects on the house went very well with Mark’s helps and advice. He functioned not only as our listing agent but also as a consultant in fixing the old house.
