Born and raised in the Seattle area, I’ve spent 22 years helping people make some of the most important moves of their lives. I came into real estate with a builder’s mindset — literally. I’ve built two homes, developed land, managed plats, and advised builders on everything from dirt to finished product. That hands-on experience gives my clients an advantage most agents simply don’t have.
My background coaching travel baseball for 15 years shows up in how I work: calm, steady, direct, and always looking out for my team. I tell the truth even when it’s hard to hear, I anticipate the next play, and I make sure my clients feel confident and protected throughout the process.
Today, I manage the Everett RE/MAX Elite office and still love helping agents and clients achieve their goals. Whether I’m working with high-end sellers, move-up buyers, or first-timers navigating the process for the first time, my approach stays the same — keep it calm, keep it honest, keep it moving, and keep it successful.
Outside of real estate, you’ll find me on a golf course, watching a game, renovating something at home, or walking with my wife of 33 years and our two grown sons. I love what I do, the people I serve, and the community that raised me. Above all, I strive to take care of every client like family.
