Gloria Walsh

Gloria was my realtor when I moved to the Charlotte area from out of state. She was responsive, thorough and very knowledgeable in the area and the home buying process. She made me feel very comfortable with the decision I was making to buy in an area I was completely unfamiliar with. She also took time on a Sunday to take me around the area and show me the city, shopping, fun places to go. She spent a lot of time to help me acclimate even after I bought the house and moved to the area. Gloria is a gem and I would highly recommend her as your realtor!

She will drop everything to drive to a listing that was just posted that same morning because she knows how quickly things sell in Charlotte right now! She stayed in frequent contact with us for new listings, and worked around the clock to try and find the right fit for us. When it came down to it, we found the perfect townhouse. It already had an offer on it but Gloria's relationships and negotiating skills helped us come out on top! We can't recommend her enough - she is truly an agent you can trust to be on your side!
