Home for my daughter found.
Glenda was a great help in my search for a starter house for my daughter. We knew going in that the house had good bones but was in need of renovation. Glenda's contractor contacts helped me with updates to the house. We had to compete with hedge fund investors who buy up entry level houses to rent them out. We had to be competitive and we won. Example: I found out that a house next door is owned by hedge fund investors and the fund owns 25,000 houses! Glenda was a great resource that I needed in my David and Goliath endeavor. PS. Glenda also helped my stepdaughter and family get into their house.
