Awesome experience with Glenda!

Being the savvy real estate mogul that I am I decided to sell my villa when it was a buyers market, and when there were already several other villas around me for sale. Glenda did an extensive amount of research to come up with a price point that would hopefully make my Villa stand out from the herd. And it worked! While others had been on the market long before I put mine up, mine sold before any of them. And during the process of showings, an open houses she went above and beyond to make sure my villa looked the best. I was living 45 minutes away and she would go over to sweep inside and out and she kept in constant contact, which I really appreciated. I cannot recommend Glenda enough! If you want someone who is a true professional, extremely knowledgeable and works very hard to do the right thing then look no further. I was blessed to have her on my side.
