The Property was well marketed and a Great Effort in Preparing the Property for Showings. The Open Houses held were Marketed and the Agents who did the Open Houses put in a lot of effort in doing the showings. Communication between the Agent and the Owner was Exceptional and also maintained Good Communication between the Opposing Agent and the Owner. The House was Presented really well the Marketing of the House and the Effort that went into getting it sold was Remarkable. Glenda was on top of things, her Approach and style of Presenting the Property to the Public and the way she handled the entire Process was Extraordinary. Glenda helped my husband and I purchase two homes in recent years... and gosh, we made countless offers! What I valued most about working with Glenda is her transparent and honest communication style. I never once got a textbook style "answer-no-answer" realtor type evasive answer from her. Being the savvy real estate mogul that I am I decided to sell my villa when it was a buyers market, and when there were already several other villas around me for sale. Glenda did an extensive amount of research to come up with a price point that would hopefully make my Villa stand out from the herd. And it worked! While others had been on the market long before I put mine up, mine sold before any of them. And during the process of showings, an open houses she went above and beyond to make sure my villa looked the best. I was living 45 minutes away and she would go over to sweep inside and out and she kept in constant contact, which I really appreciated. I cannot recommend Glenda enough!
