As first time homebuyers during a tough housing market, Glen helped us navigate through it with ease and confidence! He was extremely responsive and always willing to answer our questions. He is so knowledgable of the area and the entire home buying process. We highly recommend him!
We wish we could give Glen 100 stars. When we met Glen, we were first-time home buyers who didn’t know what to expect. Glen was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable from day 1. We knew we were in good hands and have learned so much from him throughout the buying process. We had seriously considered a few houses and ended up in the perfect home for us. This would not have been possible without Glen’s guidance, experience in the business, and great communication skills. We have been in our home for about a month now and we are very happy. Everyone should use Glen & the Fox team for their home buying or selling needs! We’re recommending them to all of our family & friends!
Glen came highly recommended to us and did not disappoint! He was so helpful during our first home-buying process, and was incredibly flexible with our crazy work schedules. He made the trek to Queens weekly for us, and was constantly available via text or phone whenever we needed him. We're just settling into our new home and could not have done it without him!
Glen was awesome across the board. From viewing houses all the way to closing on one, top notch work. He helped us find our dream home and negotiated for us to get it at a price within our budget. Go with Glen! You won't be disappointed.
Glen is a consummate professional and worked tirelessly to find me my new home. His knowledge of the local market was invaluable and he mentored me through the entire process. I look forward to working with The Fox Team in the future. A+
Once again, we had a fantastic experience working with Glen; this time to sell our home. Having represented us as a buyer in a previous deal, we knew we could count on his highly consultative approach to ensure we achieved the greatest possible value for our property sale. Glen even gave us invaluable advice on improvements to our home which ultimately contributed to a sale at our asking price. As usual, his responsiveness and communication skills made the transaction itself a breeze. Highly recommend!
Glen Fox is an absolute pleasure to work with. He is kind, patient and does not push you to make hasty decisions. He is savy, a wealth of knowledge and an expert in his field. Glen is also willing to go the extra mile to meet your needs, give advice, and share reliable contacts when necessary. Would highly recommend for all your real estate needs! Thank you for becoming a friend and helping us find our home!
We were very fortunate to have Glen respond to an open house request one Sunday morning. Glen is a true profession, his market knowledge and understanding of the things influencing the local real estate market was very valuable. His level of responsiveness was off the charts. No matter the day or time he was there for us. He offered guidance and council, when it came to some challenging negotiations he represented us exceptionally. You will not go wrong in trusting Glen with your home sale or search.
Glen went above and beyond for my wife and I when we bought our coop unit in Long Beach two years ago. He and his wife Kristin also helped us selling the unit when we needed to move to a bigger place. He is knowledgeable, always available, honest, and accommodating. He’s the best real estate agent in every way
He came highly recommended from a very good friend of mine in the industry... he made the whole process from house hunting to closing extremely effortless.. I have a tough schedule and he was always available.. his "can do" attitude was only matched with his kindness and sense of humor.. beautiful person and true professional
Glen did an exceptional job assisting me in finding a cooperative that suited all my needs. He was extremely knowledgeable about the neighborhood, the co-op process, and set me up with all essential parties needed to fulfill the process of purchasing a co-op. Glen was compassionate, considerate, and empathetic during the entire purchasing process from start to finish. He responded to my MANY texts, questions, and concerns in a timely manner, whether day or night. He put me at ease purchasing my first place and I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family.
Glen is a highly knowledgeable and personable agent. We worked on two deals with the Fox Team, which were both excellent experiences. In both cases, Glen handled any issues we had and resolved them in a timely, intelligent, and efficient manner. If you are looking for a real estate agent with attention to detail, someone who will go the extra mile, lend you tools after you move in, and answer your calls even AFTER closing, then look no further; Glen Fox is your agent. Glen and his team navigated the complex rules regarding New York City co-op sales and Nassau County DOB hiccups without missing a beat. If you want to sell or buy in the area, I highly recommend Glen Fox and The Fox Team! Their communication was impeccable every step of the way. We had a wonderful experience working with you. Thank you, Team Fox!!
