Well, first met Glen when Karen and I just wanted to ta ke a look at the condominium building project. He just was immediately outgoing and friendly. There was no impression from us that we were interested in purchasing, but he still took the time with us. I knew then that he was our ‘guy’. Any time I called, he answered or got right back to me even for my trivial questions. From start to finish he showed his kindness. So he is my agent now and for any future transactions.
From the moment we met Glen, I knew he'd be a great fit for us. He was patient, kind and in tune with our needs. Glen is honest and knowledgeable and would be a great asset to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent in Long Beach.

Glen and Kristin did an outstanding job in selling my condo in Long Beach. Their expertise in creating the listing with professional photos and inviting interested parties to the open house was instrumental in finding the buyer. They were both involved in all aspects of showing the condo and negotiating the sale price with the buyer. Glen and Kristin were friendly, responsive and great to work with and I highly recommend them!
Glen did an incredible job helping us in the process of purchasing our forever home. He was very easy to get in touch with when we had any questions about the purchasing process. He gave his honest opinion about the home we purchased and the amount of money the home was worth. Most importantly he exhibits confidence with his knowledge of the industry without applying pressure for us to buy. We used his contacts (ex. Lawyer) who were all fair and had the same confidence and non over barring personas. Would highly recommend Glen and his team to anyone looking to buy/sell their home.
