Gladys Pelegrin is one of the most professional and caring realtors I have ever experienced working with. One of her strongest qualities is negotiations whether she realizes it or not. She's got this personality that you automatically connect with and you feel like you have known her for decades. Her biggest thing is making sure both parties are happy with the transaction. It definitely makes for a less stressful closing. ;) Gladys also gave me pointers on the sale of my prior home, and she helped me purchase my new home. She's been in the business for a while and she is a wealth of knowledge. I cannot thank her enough for all her hard work and dedication.
