Above and Beyond and then some!
After losing out on what, I thought, was my ideal home, I was disheartened. It was right at the onset of the pandemic and my hopes of finding a home were truly at their lowest. It was then that Giselle and her team truly went above and beyond! Giselle worked her connections and somehow got a private viewing of home in the same area that was better and wasn’t even on the market! Despite a horrible Escrow/Title experience (seller’s required use of their people), Giselle managed to get my purchase closed weeks before the first property, with several concessions and well below the appraised value!
