Gio did a fantastic job of getting my old house sold for a good price with good terms, finding the right house for me to buy at a fair price, making sure that I could stay in my old house until moving into my new home, and getting my purchase closed despite several obstacles. He handled every detail efficiently and professionally, and walked me through the entire process from preparing for listing through settling into my new home, making both transactions fit together smoothly, and was always available to answer my numerous questions (cheerfully) and keep me from panicking. Great job after others failed This guy did a great job after others failed and believe me the others were nightmares to deal with. The others actually cost me $50,000 in damages because they allowed people to come in and damage the property. This guy was the consummate professional and he was very accommodating and I was a very demanding customer so I give him an A+.

My experience with Gio was great. Everyone in the Remax office took care of me, and treated me like family. In the end, I was able to get the house I wanted, even in this crazy market. I am thankful for everyone at Remax for all their help.
