My experience with Giovanni is everything it needed to be. He fitted into my family as if he was a member. Giovanni is confident and wasted no time to be successful in whatever was required of him. This property had 5 owners with me as the personal representative. Giovanni met and knew us all, and he never forgot a name. All owner’s recommendations of him are excellent. Giovanni is without a doubt anyone with a property to be sold dream. My family would definitely call Giovanni for future property sales. He asked our expectations and he did not hesitate to accomplish it.

Giovanni Campos presented us with a contract from a buyer who also happened to be a realtor. This buyer/realtor also had at least one other offer on Giovanni’s listings! She withdrew her offer/ contract with us and executed a contract on Giovanni’s other listing. We were not advised until the following day! Why would Giovanni knowingly engage in an unscrupulous practice such as this? This was a waste of our time, not to mention the emotional stress we suffered. The fact that the buyer was also a real estate agent, reflects very poorly on the business practices of the real estate industry. I certainly DO NOT recommend Giovanni Campos or ReMax Advance Realty.
