Giovanni contacted almost immediately after I submitted my interest in a condo on Zillow and had a showing lined up the following day. After we met in person, I felt confident that he would be able to guide me through the purchasing process successfully.

While that first property didn't quite work out, we toured three more properties and one of them was a clear winner. I think that was on a Wednesday. We submitted an offer on Thursday and the offer was accepted on Friday.Throughout the entire next month, Giovanni would update me weekly, sometimes daily, on the proceedings of the negotiation. He recommended a great home inspector who was able to identify all the issues with the condo and each issue was, in turn, addressed before closing about a month and some change later.I made very clear to Giovanni that I was a first time buyer and he answered all of my questions in great depth and provided honest feedback which helped me temper my expectations. He's polite, punctual, and made me feel confidant in my decision to purchase. He was never pushy or rude. Honestly, he was a joy to work with.

Giovanni makes you feel as you are his only client and he always is available. Would highly recommend him and he saved us 15k on our house.

When we started into the home buying process we were a little lost but after I gat in touch with Giovanni all that quickly went away he took care of me and my husband step by step he was patient and always returned calls and made sure things were done properly with us as clients great guy to do business with thanks for a very smooth process .

Giovanni was amazing through the whole process. Giovanni was quick to get us appts to view houses we were interested in. Sometimes within hours. Giovanni would be very detailed in giving us information re house. Giovanni would point out things that we wouldn't think to look at. Giovanni was always quick to reply and if he was in the middle of something, would let us know he would be replying soon. We never felt ignored. We just closed on Monday and called him for recommendations to update a few things, and he was quick to respond. Giovanni has also been quick to respond in giving us recommendations to make improvement in our home to get it ready to place on the market. It has been a great experience to work with him and will be working with him again once our current house is ready to be placed on the market.
