I went through 2 other brokers prior to Century 21. I found one to be way too pushy, inconsiderate and unethical and she requested a higher commission than the normal 6%. The other one was not very convincing of his real estate knowledge as he changed his "story" as to what would/might happen with the selling of my Mom's house too many times. I am not comfortable with a broker who is not confident in doing his job. After this, I was going to let the bank take the house back when my administrator at work referred me to Century 21 and this is when I met Giovanni Arenella. He was wonderful! He took the time to explain his work ethics/background to me and was very caring and understanding, knowing that selling my Mom's house was very emotional for my brothers and I (due to her passing). He earned my trust in him and I was more than comfortable with him handling the selling of the house. I was very stressed at times, and I truly appreciated his understanding and patience. He was very confident, knowledgeable and determined to take care of business all at the same time of being compassionate. I would definitely recommend Giovanni and Century 21 again

Only worked with on other realtor and he was nothing like Giovanni. Gio knows his stuff and very knowledgeable. You need someone to fight for the home you want and love.
