I highly recommend Ginny Smith. Knowledgeable, courteous, kind and caring. Always available to answer my questions and to look out for the property for my family. She's one of the good ones. Knows the VA system extremely well.
The realtor did a great job on posting photos and finding buyers even when things got very complicated and we had to rewrite contracts multiple times the agent was never anything except for polite and helpful wouldn't suggest using any other realtor if I have to use a realtor in the future this will be the one
Ginny and Madison were a pleasure to work with to find me a new home. I love a realtor who really listens to a buyer of what they are looking for in a new home. After looking at a few properties they knew what I was looking for to buy. Ginny knows what properties are on the market and an idea of what I wanted so the search didn't take that long . Ginny had a big order to fill. Having to work with people a few states away. A bank and insurance company not located in her town, was also not an easy task. She took care of all ask of her and never complained. Couldn’t see her face but the voice always had a smile. She worked hard to fulfill the things that were ask of her. Sorry this has taken so long. Had to get internet. Sending and receiving has been hit and miss.
