Ginny was recommended to us through our employer to help us in our relocation. After our first 30 minute virtual meeting, we knew why they recommended her. Ginny listened to our desires, assured us she would help us on a timeline that worked for us, and had no pressure to make sure we got right to house shopping.When we began to actually house hunt with her, she did an incredible job of efficiently scheduling our house hunting trip, and provided useful knowledge as we evaluated each property. She is also wonderful with smaller children. We brought our 2 year-old with us, and after only a few houses, the two of them would play as my spouse and I looked at the house. Just this morning, more than 2 months after we bought our house, my son asked if we could have Ginny come over so he could show her his latest obsession.When we finally found our house, I saw Ginny really kick into another gear. She provided all information we needed very quickly, and helped us to get a winning offer. As we were in negotiations, I saw her years of experience really come to light, she knew what questions to ask, how to handle concerns, and how to close. I was so impressed with her closing skills that I knew this had to be in her nature. When I asked her about her sports career she shared that she was an all league defensive player in soccer, this made total sense.
