I can’t imagine a better experience than we had with Ginny. My husband and I had been shopping on our own for a long time; we got Ginny’s contact from a friend when we were ready to get serious, and found our ideal spot on our very first tour with her. We were so lucky, but it didn’t stop there! This was our first home, and Ginny was a truly invaluable resource and advocate as we navigated several complications with the home, the bank, and the previous owners. She answered our every question clearly, completely, and promptly, and kept us appraised of everything happening between realtors. Nothing can make this process non-stressful, but nothing for us was as reassuring as having Ginny in our corner. You would be lucky to have her in yours!
