My friend introduced Ginny Parks to me when my family decided to move and was looking to buy a house. She drove us around town and introduced the different districts/schools thoroughly. I am good at doing extensive research on the internet to teach myself to get a better judgement especially for purchases, but Ginny was still able to provide new and helpful information during my tour.When we decided to go for our dream house, I emailed Ginny on Friday night and got all the information about the house before bedtime. She always responded to email within an hour. The most impressive part for me was that she always answered my questions right on point and with very organized answers full of information, which I can totally say it's really rare to see. Being well informed, we were lucky to secure our new home easily.During closing, Ginny always stayed ahead of the process and gave clear instructions, which saved me so much headache. Ginny continued to help us in person on repairing, remodeling, etc on our house even after the house is closed.Overall, I have excellent experience with Ginny. And I promise whoever will be reading this review - I am not a bot! Seriously, I spent 58 minutes so far writing this review. I will absolutely recommend Ginny to you.
