She is tenured, very knowledgeable, determined to meet your expectations and goes above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction. Ginny was recommended to us through our employer to help us in our relocation. After our first 30 minute virtual meeting, we knew why they recommended her. Ginny is a real professional. She was always available, instantly responsive and a godsend in terms of connecting us with contractors and setting up appointments all the while respectfully navigating the prior owners need to remain in the house. Couldn't recommend her highly enough if you're shopping in the Davis area.
