Before listing, we interviewed a few real estate agents and decided that Ginny was the best fit for us. It was a wonderful decision! Using a collaborative approach, Ginny walked us through the selling process and helped us set goals. We were impressed with the depth of information she provided. When determining the listing price, Ginny presented local statistics, facts to consider when receiving an offer, and planned an effective marketing strategy. She performed many tasks that would be considered outside the expected and kept us up to date in real time. Bottom line: we had a pending sale within days for the walk away price we expected and the closing date of our choice. In February 2020 I found myself in a position in which I had to sell my house because I was relocating out of state. I had reached a deal to sell the house "as is" and everything was on track for an early April 2020 closing date. Of course no one could have foreseen the COVID 19 pandemic. As the deal fell apart due to the lender's apprehension Ginny immediately reassured me she would continue to secure a deal to sell the property. I was out of state and unable to deal with the myriad of day to day challenges that began to come up as the house was being being prepared to be listed for sale. Each time, without exception, when Ginny called me regarding a situation that needed to be addressed she always ended the sentence with "... and this is what we're going to do to take care of it.". She had the problem solved before she even made me aware that there was a problem. Ginny was a pleasure to work with, not only because of her professionalism, but she is genuinely a kind person.
