Ginger Gregory was quick to pick up on our spoken and unspoken needs in searching for our new home/land purchase. Ginger was patient when our voiced preferences shifted, and stayed with our updates to facilitate our goal. The result was a purchase of land that was better than we could have imagined, let alone found without her consistent and compassionate services as a buyers agent for us. She also worked effectively and quickly with the selling agent and auxillary services,ie. the inspection of an existing septic.
