Ginger was amazingly fast and she works for you! There has been many days where she showed us 5+ houses per day. She also helped negotiate the amount with the sellers.
Very helpful and knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. We came in out of state and sat down with a welcome meeting. After the meeting and answering questions she had us 3 houses to look at the first day! We looked at 13 houses in total during this time she asked and took notes on all my comments (likes/dislikes). We found a new build and she was with us all the way until final walk through and closings. We had a few snags with the builder that she quickly took care of for us as well. Would definitely recommend and use her again if the need rises. Down to earth and great sense of humor.
