Gina was a fantastic realtor for selling our home in Monroe, CT. Her services were top notch (photographer, beautiful booklets that she put together for the home, booties for people touring inside to keep it all looking clean, etc.), and she addressed any and everything that came up immediately. Gina helped us navigate the tricky process of comparing multiple competing offers and in the end she helped us pick the best offer - and it really was the best based on how the house ended up appraising. Gina was kind, easy to work with, and accessible any time we needed to reach her. She also made great, reasonably priced recommendations for service people to fix up a few things that needed addressing after inspections.
