Gina Willams was amazing . She is not only extremely knowledgeable in every area needed to find the perfect home, she is kind and caring and very in tune to your specific needs and concerns. I would not be in my lovely home if it were not for her expertise and patience. She guided me in every way from selling my previous home to finding the next one . I would highly recommend her to anyone serious about buying and selling a home .
Gina is amazing. She knows alot. She communicates with you and never keeps you out of what's happening. She's always on your side and will do anything to make sure you, her client is satisfied. She does more that the normal as far as setting up clients to come to the house , bringing shoe covers and stands for the booklets. She listens and she follows directions. She's amazing. Gina is one of a kind. She is the best that I have met in my search for a home. One of her best assets is her honesty. She would view a property with you and tell you exactly what she thinks. She will also try to find out what you think of the property, and what you like and don't like. And she will be brutally honest about what she thinks. She is not there to force you to buy and misrepresent; she is not there to twist your view of things to make a commission. She never tires to view properties with you no matter how long it takes. But she wants you to find the best one for your needs. Gina has a great personality; she is very personable and energetic. She also knows a lot about the real estate market, building materials and structurally about buildings. She renovated her house all by herself and is like a construction consultant. After a brief phone call once she was referred to me and a follow up face to face conversation, I felt secure in my choice of selecting her as my agent and looked no further. She was attentive to my sales objectives and provided no nonsense, realistic marketing and pricing advice. Gina is client focused and is not the "pushy" agent type that many unfortunately are. She provided a quick turnaround in getting my property photographed and listed. Her listing description and positioning of the property was excellent. Gina went above and beyond for us. She want over everything I need to know about my home and what was on the market. She suggested an asking price and that’s what we went with. She did let me know it was possible to get approx. 10% over asking. On the 1st day we had around 25 requests for showings the next day, Gina called me right away and said, we need to set up 2hr time slots the next 3 days, so that’s what we did. Ended up with about 100 showings in 4 days. Gina is definitely one of the best and most knowledgeable realtor out there. I lived in the home for 20 years and she helped in so many ways.
