Buying/Selling a home is one of the biggest and emotional transactions in your life, why would you trust anyone but a reputable real estate agent and broker with the best rankings to represent you? Gina Williams of Preston Gray is all that and so much more. She is knowledgeable, experienced, honest, transparent and always available. We had a slow start with 1 low ball offer which she advised us not to take. By the 13th-15th days of listing we got 4 preapproved, competitive offers. We accepted an offer from a location agency which should have been a slam dunk, but after 5 days of dealing with the buyer’s incompetent and highly unprofessional agent, we wanted to terminate. We notified Gina at 10 PM on Sunday, amazingly by 9 AM Monday morning she scheduled a call with our attorney who was on vacation on the West Coast, by 10 AM the contract was terminated without a hitch. She reached out to the remaining 3 bids from the prior week and all 3 came back with better offers. During the inspection, our septic failed and within 1 hour of finding this out, she reached out to her contacts and got us an appointment for a new septic tank, and within 7 days the tank was installed, inspected and permit closed. When the appraiser came the following week we boasted about our new septic tank! She sent us texts, emails and vmails she received from other agents so that we knew she was being completely transparent and she continually solicited the feedback from every agent that showed our home. I can’t say enough good things about her. Gina is professional, has tons of experience and has pertinent and salient advice that you’d be wise to accept. She has sold tons of houses and has been one of the top agents in the area for years and it shows. Believe me, you want her on your side. We ended up selling for $20k over asking.
