Gina Walter represented us in a sale of a single family home in 2016. She took care of this process right away by placing a listing and recommending us to do minor things to improve our chances for sale. It didn't take her long to sell our house. Gina Walter is very professional, knowledgeable, honest and personable. She is genuinely interested in her client and does spare her time and effort in making the best deal possible. Also she is a very pleasant person, and we are looking forward to working with her in the near future.

We were looking for an inexpensive house and she showed us 5 on very short notice that we were coming. We ended up making a deal on that day. She’s very knowledgeable about the area and gave us phone numbers for everything we would need including well after when I randomly asked her for a local hairdresser. When we decided to sell that house, we used Gina. She literally sold it three times ( the first 2 people backed out) When Gina is not available for an engineer or whatever, her husband comes who is equally amazing
