Gina did a great job for us. She was prepared when she showed us the homes for sale. She had information that was helpful to us on each of the homes we saw. She worked overtime doing the paperwork and kept us posted on each process. She will do a good job for anyone buying or selling.

When I first started thinking of selling, I was unsure if it was the right choice for my situation. I pulled up all the area realtors online, and looked them over. Gina stood out, so I called her, told her my situation, and made an appointment for her to come see my house. We talked at length, she listened to my history, and explained how we could make a move to the country from the town situation I was in. Everything I needed to know, she was right there with answers, strategies, and solutions. She put me in touch with a fabulous lender, and things could not have gone better. We looked at a number of properties, most of which met my criteria almost perfectly. Her knowledge in property values was spot-on, and really helped when making an offer. Also, I received the exact amount for my house that she told me it was worth during our first meeting. She was excellent at telling me options without leading me to any decisions other than my own. An amazing skill! She was on top of getting the inspections done, and getting back to me promptly with results. It couldn’t have gone smoother, and Gina worked HARD to make it that way even with such a busy schedule. I felt important to her. I am now sitting in the living room of my new home at the end of a very quiet country road, my grandchildren are enjoying the freedom of the country (I’m raising 4 right now with a 5th heading off to college) with the windows open to a balmy summer afternoon with cattle and horses nearby to view. Couldn’t be better. I thank God for his leading me to Gina to make this huge life change. Her confidence, upbeat, joyous, professionalism just couldn’t be better.
