I have never met Gina Johnson! That's because I live about 7-8 hours away from where she works, and away from the estate-sale house she sold for me. In spite of my absence, she did an excellent job in handling everything related to the sale of this property — from getting the house clean-out completed, to finding potential buyers, to making recommendations of what was best if she were in my shoes, to ensuring that every "i" was dotted and "t" was crossed. She handled most everything by email and DocuSign (my electronic signature over the internet), with a few postal mailings, and a number of clarifying phone calls. I was able to call her throughout the day, including late into the evening, and most every time she answered the phone without a call-back. The few times she had to call me back, it was within a very short time. She willingly walked me through the many and various documents and answered all my questions. I was dreading the process of selling this home, and feared having to make multiple trips down to Southern California. But doing it all remotely was really painless with Gina! She knew the area (Sun City), was familiar with the various home models there, and told me things about the home and its builder that I never knew, but that could be used to sell the home more easily and for more money. She researched the background of the many offers we received, and recommended against some because of unreasonable contingencies, or in one case, the unwillingness of the seller to allow realtors to show the contingent home sale in their offer, etc. I could have been up a creek without Gina's expertise! I really felt that she was on my side, was working hard for me, and got me far more money than I originally thought the home to be worth. I would highly recommend her, and would not hesitate to use her again if I had a home to sell in the greater Temecula area.
