Gina has helped us buy and sell three houses. Two of those houses sold for 30k-50k over asking. And they both sold within the first week! She’s always available to answer our questions and is always willing to jump in and help with anything we need. We definitely recommend her 1000%.

I've worked with four other realtors in my life. I can honestly say that none of them reached the bar of perfection like Gina. Two of them were very good, but Gina just goes the extra mile all the time. She helps you stage the house you want to sell for maximum impact, and she even helped us clean and do touch-up painting to make sure our house would sell. She knows the answer to every question, and she will call you back or text you the same day when you ask her something. She knows about everything from electrical wiring and plumbing to mortgage intricacies and the laws concerning real estate. She's constantly looking out for your interest. And she is so personable you feel like you are her friend, not merely a client. If I need a realtor again, I'm pretty sure I'll turn to Gina.
Gina did a great job helping me purchase my home. I moved from a different state and Gina coordinated meeting with inspectors and kept me apprised of the progress of my house by sending pictures and checking in with me on a regular basis. She is pleasant and professional, and I highly recommend her.
