I had Gina help me sell a home in Spanish Fork and purchase one in Santaquin. She is a dedicated realtor and becomes almost like a friend as you work with her through the long process of examining, preparing and fixing one house for showing, and inspecting and evaluating another. The process of bidding and signing forms seems to never end, but she stays right on top of things and makes sure you don't miss a deadline or any important detail. She even was willing to come and help do cleaning and touch-up painting. She knows everything about real estate law and finance as well as about plumbing, electrical work, windows, roofing, radon, and you name it. She never loses patience and always calls you back at any hour you might need her to. And she is just so kind and friendly all the way through that you realize you're going to make it through this endurance course. She also stays in touch with past clients and hosts little get-togethers from time to time. You are not likely to find another realtor like her.
