Compassionate and caring

Working with Gilian on the sale of my mother's home was a great experience. Gilian is very professional, thorough, patient and compassionate She answered all of our questions and made me feel very comfortable about my mother working with her. In addition, she was very compassionate towards my mom's loss and her situation. Recently widowed, now faced with having to sell their home, was extremely sad, to say the least. Gilian understood and did everything to make mom feel better with it all. Thank you Gilian.
