Working with Gilian on the sale of my mother's home was a great experience. Gilian is very professional, thorough, patient and compassionate She answered all of our questions and made me feel very comfortable about my mother working with her. In addition, she was very compassionate towards my mom's loss and her situation. Recently widowed, now faced with having to sell their home, was extremely sad, to say the least. Once she established what our needs, finances and expectations were she fulfilled them and brilliantly. There were no questions she couldn’t answer. Gillian is such an amazing person! She’s truly someone I enjoyed working with side by side this past year and half basically 2 looking for our dream home down in Florida! She took the time to be consistent in sending home in our range and she gave her best opinion on what was a good property and neighborhood to invest in since we are from NJ and weren’t familiar with the area. She never pressured us and always let us know her opinion/honesty on the homes that she knew wouldn’t be a great fit for us. We moved to Saint Cloud this spring and spent February and March searching for a home. As our luck would have it, it was absolutely the craziest time to be buying a house in Osceola County. But Gillian was organized and professional. She showed us what we needed to see and didn’t waste our time with anything else. When we found the perfect house, she submitted the offer quickly and her professionalism and kindness got our offer accepted right away. We were shocked at getting our first house but so thankful for her help in the process. Everything else was a breeze and she was there to assist with everything from inspections to getting quotes from painters all while we were three states away preparing to move.
