Gillian has helped me buy and sell condos for over ten years, each time finding the perfect rental condo and making a healthy profit when sold. She makes sure the condo looks great so that it will fetch the best selling price. We just closed an escrow made more difficult by the Covid restrictions (county clerks have reduced hours and staff).
