Gilda is an amazing realtor! She has helped me buy and sell and I could never trust another realtor as much as I do her. She is knowledgeable and experienced. She reads the fine print and doesn't cut corners to make things easier (for her or any one else). She helps avoid all the potential legal loopholes BEFORE they become a problem. She will go to bat for you and will ALWAYS have your interests at the forefront of her decisions and actions. She communicates daily (sometimes hourly) about every single step and will explain anything you don't understand with patience and kindness. She will answer a million questions that you feel dumb for asking and will never make you feel like its a dumb question. She is AMAZING! I trust her with all my real estate needs and would recommend her a million times. You will not regret using her. I will never use anyone else.

Gilda Krantz-Smith was amazing! We could really tell that she wanted the best for us. There were a couple houses that my husband and I thought would be a great fit but then she dug deeper and found/pointed out things that made us go against said house. And I'm glad we did because she found us the prefect house. You could tell we were not just a sale for her. She really cares. She reached out to multiple sellers and went the extra mile until she found us the prefect home! We are beyond grateful!

Gilda knows what she's doing when it comes to real estate and kept me updated on what the market was doing...and this wasn't a typical real estate market. Gilda managed to sell my home over and above my asking price and she was so much fun to work with. When my home was inspected and found that repairs were needed she knew who to call to handle all the repairs. She made it so easy! I can't say enough good things about my friend Gilda!
