Our condo search began with Gilda sitting down with us and talking through the condo buying process as well as the current realities of the the Flagstaff, AZ market. Based on our input (budget, ideal condo, ideal location), Gilda supplied us ideas on neighborhoods that might fit our wants/needs and what type of condo we might expect to find within our budget. To start, we spent approximately two days looking in each of the neighborhoods we selected and checking out listings while Gilda shared her experiance with the pros/cons of the different things we saw in each house/community. We were very decisive condo shoppers, so we definitely tested Gilda’s knowledge about local communities and types of condo and associated fees, and were never disappointed with her responses. Most important to us, Gilda was always honest with us about what she thought about each property, was always available and helpful, and we always felt that she truly had our best interests at heart. Even now, more than a month after closing, she still kindly recommends contractors and other service providers to complete our move in. From the work she did prior to our first exploratory discussion and our first visit to Flagstaff, great communication during the search, timely on-going communication, and then most importantly her guidance through the whole home purchase and closing process which has changed significatly since we last purchased a home in 1999. She is a true pro and a real decent person. If you are looking for a property in the Flagstaff area–there is only one realtor to use–and that is Gilda Lambert.
