Gig deserves more than 5 Stars! I interviewed 3 agents before picking Gig and I am so glad I did. The first agent would have underpriced my home, the 2nd agent I just didn’t connect with on a personal level. Gig was excited about selling my home and kept insuring me that it would go for a much higher price then what I anticipated. I’m glad I listened to her as we got a full price cash offer. If she would have listened to me I would have cost myself 25,000$. She staged my home beautifully at no charge. Watered my plants while we were away before and after the offer. She even took care of a deep cleaning for the new owners after we moved out. I really can’t say enough about how impressed I am with Gig as our agent. She went above and beyond what I expected.
