We were looking for a house for our son(and friends) while he attends school in Golden. Gig was incredible! She would pick him up (no cars freshman year) and friends then excitedly show them houses. She listened to what he wanted and what we wanted, would send a list of houses on the market and then personally highlight the ones she thought would work for us. She was a great resource on current value and potential resale . Gig was always quick to respond and move the process along, weekday or weekend, working or on vacation. On top of that, she had great connections to local resources. In my husband's business, he has done a lot of rehab on apartments. He was impressed with her recommendations - insurance, inspectors, roofer, electrician, house cleaner, and others if we need it. She was at every inspection. In short, we would highly recommend Gig. She is positive, obviously enjoys and knows her job, is great at communicating, and has access to quality resources.
