Ana is a “yes” person, always responsive and ready to help. After our mom passed away, we were selling her house long-distance, which made things more complicated. Other agents said we’d need someone to do weekly house checks, but Ana offered to do these checks herself, plus take care of small but necessary tasks, which, from a distance, could otherwise be challenging and cause problems if not seen to. Ana is honest, straightforward, warm, and easy to work with. We are pleased with our experience of working with her and also with the outcome of the sale.
