Ana and Gida are well known in the sale of Gleneagles real estate for good reason. They are capable, dedicated, successful, knowledgeable and well connected in the real estate world and in the communities they serve. In the current poor market, they were able to get our property sold when we worried that we would need to invest significantly in upgrades in order to attain a sale. We live in the Orlando area, so we depended on Ana and Gida completely to find a buyer for a condo that came to us as a result of a death in the family. They worked together very well, completely on their own, with many showings. Unfortunately, due to the condition of the unit and prevalent market slow down (virtually nothing was selling), we had to settle for a lower price than we would have hoped for. But given the ongoing carrying costs and stress we were feeling about all the money and time we would need to expend to bring it up to current market standards, (time that we didn’t have), they understood that the best result would be an investor sale. Being well connected, they found us a known investor and we consummated a sale in 4 weeks with no inspection, great deposit and a stress free closing process. We are very happy and now condo-free, thanks to Ana and Gida.

Gida is the best! Her analysis of a reasonable sale price was within a few hundred dollars of the final sale price..unlike the others I interviewed who's estimates were way too high and completely unrealistic. She attended every showing and debriefed me afterwards. She was instrumental in all the final closing activities and despite some frustrations with the HOA...got us over the goal line successfully. I'd hire her in a second if I needed a realtor again!
