Gevon of Polgar Realty was fantastic. I could not have asked for anyone more knowledgeable to help sell my home. He made the selling process so easy and helped me understand what was happening every step of the way. Gevon and his beautiful family are also residents of the community and knows what buyers are looking for in their future home. He was always available if I had questions and went above and beyond what could be expected of a realtor. He recommended what should be done prior to putting the house on the market without breaking the bank. During the first hot spell just before open house, we had an issue and Gevon was “Johnny on the spot” handling the problem. He was very hands on which was appreciated. The only thing I’m sorry about is that he is not a realtor in Arizona when I buy my next home. Again, thank you so much for your service and it was a pleasure doing business with you. Oh, forgot to mention, open house on a Sunday and under contract in 4 days AND above asking price.
