Working with Dan and Darci was just terrific. Absolutely professional at every turn. They say their going to call, they call. They say they'll be there at 3:30, they're there at 3:25. They both know a ton about stuff that's in a house (hvac, septics, roofs, gutters, windows, decks, landscape, plumbing, etc.) Best thing is they were straight with us about and pointed out things that may become a problem (water damage, wood rot, unsafe decking, etc.) They sold our old house for us in 4 hours for better than asking price. That was a huge relief. They recommended an attorney that was very fair and was excellent as well. They know their stuff, not pushy, respectful of our time, know what's what and who's who on the Cape. A+ rating as far as I'm concerned.
