Gerry was licensed in Real Estate in 1991 and is currently Broker/Owner of Miranda Real Estate a local independent real estate company which specializes in first time homeownership and Bank Owned portfolios. Gerry Miranda is a certified RES.NET and Premier Asset Services broker with over 200 REO sales for various Asset Management Providers. Gerry Miranda is currently a member in of PSAR and has been recognized by several local agents from both PSAR and SDAR to have excellent communication skills and especially good call back skills which make the difference when negotiating short sales and bank owned transactions.
Gerry Miranda lives in Chula Vista with his beautiful wife of 35 years, Mary and 2 their daughters Johanna who is a USD graduate and Gabriela who is currently attending Southwestern College. Gerry Miranda is a dog lover and enjoys his Chihuahua Canela after work. Gerry’s favorite activities includes football, baseball and working on his vintage car and also enjoys working around the house doing his favorite hobby “honey- do’s”.
