I needed to sell my mother's condo in Ocala after her death. One of my mother's neighbors had worked with Gerri 25 years ago, and they highly recommended her. From the first time I met Gerri, I found her very easy to work with. She is very hands-on which I needed since I live in VA and was only in Ocala for a few weeks to get the condo ready for sale. Since I had never sold a property before, I needed her advice constantly. We talked on the phone nearly daily, and she was always available. In addition, since I do not live in the area, I was not familiar with contractors or vendors, and she was able to recommend contractors she had worked with over the years, so I knew the contractors were reputable,. She helped me pick-out carpet - went to the store with me, and the paint. She kept me up to date on everything I needed to know. I was able to settle from my home in VA due to the electronics available, and she guided me through that. She has been in real estate more than 25 years, and it showed in her expertise. She was also helpful in dealing with OTOW which can be challenging. She is friendly and outgoing and not intimated by anything that I can think of. I highly recommend her.
