Germaine is very competent and a hard-working. She got great results on the sale of our house. She knows the community and the real estate market very well indeed.

They sold our house in a day due to excellent prep work, photographs and knowledge of our property.

Germaine does a great job of staying on top of the market - which has been quite volatile and competitive of late.
