This was my second home buying, and first home selling experience and I can safely say I trust Gigi in every small step of it. Where other realtors lack deep knowledge on home details, Gigi has them. She has been at this longer than many others so she knows how to look at the mechanics and structure of a building and point out things you would never see yourself, an invaluable asset in this fast paced competitive market. In the selling of my home she was spot on valuing it to bring in multiple buyers quickly without undervaluing it and ultimately her strategies got me more earnings than other realtors thought would be possible. We are now happily living in our dream house, a home we weren't even going to bother to look at because we thought we might not stand a chance.
