When we bought our house the market was crazy. Gigi helped us get exactly what we wanted, without letting us get discouraged and staying true to our budget. While looking at all the properties she pointed out many things we would not have noticed on our own that definitely factored into our decision making process. She was readily available to take us to showings, answered all our questions in a timely fashion and stayed on top of everything right through closing. Buying a house during the height of the market from Tampa on a bit of a time crunch was definitely a challenge. Gigi took that challenge head on and nailed it. I bought my first house a year ago with Gigi as my agent. She was awesome! She walked me through every step of the process from getting the loan, looking at houses, home inspection, negotiating, and closing. She also helped after the sale with services and products to get the house ready for move in. During the process she was great! I was looking at an average of 5-7 houses a week across 2 different counties for almost 2 months and she was great the whole time. She would point out great things and potential issues with each house we looked at. She armed me knowledge to help know what I wanted and did not want in a house.
