When we bought our house the market was crazy. Gigi helped us get exactly what we wanted, without letting us get discouraged and staying true to our budget. While looking at all the properties she pointed out many things we would not have noticed on our own that definitely factored into our decision making process. She was readily available to take us to showings, answered all our questions in a timely fashion and stayed on top of everything right through closing. We wouldn't hesitate to use her again or recommend her to our friends and family.

Buying a house during the height of the market from Tampa on a bit of a time crunch was definitely a challenge. Gigi took that challenge head on and nailed it. She cleared her schedule and spent almost a full week with us while we were in town house-hunting - we searched all over Erie County, there just weren't a lot of houses on the market at that time. I trusted her guidance and she continually checked in with us on the progress once our offer was accepted. She made us feel like we were her only clients though I know we weren't. Even now, over 6 months after we closed, she is still checking in with us. Gigi was the perfect realtor for our needs.

I bought my first house a year ago with Gigi as my agent. She was awesome! She walked me through every step of the process from getting the loan, looking at houses, home inspection, negotiating, and closing. She also helped after the sale with services and products to get the house ready for move in. During the process she was great! I was looking at an average of 5-7 houses a week across 2 different counties for almost 2 months and she was great the whole time. She would point out great things and potential issues with each house we looked at. She armed me knowledge to help know what I wanted and did not want in a house. She kept in touch and communicated through the whole process, even during the dreaded dead time between when the bid was accepted and closing was scheduled. I will say it again Gigi was AWESOME! I would use her again in a heart beat and I tell all my friends and family that if they need a real estate agent they should use Gigi!
