I highly recommend Gerard. He is an excellent buyer's agent for a first-time homebuyer. He was able to patiently explain the entire process to me. I had a lot of questions, and he answered them all. He was honest, attentive, available for any questions, knowledgable about the market, and had my best interest in mind. Most importantly, I think his friendly, down-to-earth demeanor, coupled with his negotiating skills, really helped me to get my house!
