Gerard did an outstanding job selling our Bellevue condo. I was particularly impressed with his attention to detail; we had just made an offer on our next house and we had a short timeline to get this one sold. Gerard secured a full price offer within two weeks of listing but he didn't stop there. He followed up several times to ensure that the buyers' financing was on track, often going to the bank to meet in-person. He also worked extensively with the title company to resolve concerns about how the parking and storage units were titled. Because of his hard work we were able to close on time. It's difficult to appreciate all the details involved in buying or selling a home; having a realtor that is both exceptionally competent and willing to go the extra mile makes a huge difference. Gerard exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend him.
